Question from a concerned parent

How do you stop anxiety from controlling your mind?

Answer from Anxend experts

One of the ways we can stop anxiety from controlling the mind is by having a good consistent routine, that requires your mind to focus on other things rather than your anxiety, this could be journaling in the morning or just before bed, journaling is a very important pat of the day as it allows us to put down how we feel onto paper, therefore we may feel less overwhelmed, but in order for it to be useful long term we have to stick at it and remain consistent to benefit from it.
